FOOD FEST:

Food Fest is August 17,18, and 19.

Preparations will be taking place in the Church hall on Wednesdays. We request that the ladies contribute their time in helping in food preparation.

For you who can't contribute time, please contribute money to purchase the required products.

BE A GOOD SAMARITAN - If you are aware of anyone who is ill and in need of being visited at home or in the hospital, please contact Fr. Amin as soon as possible with the necessary reliable information (name, condition, location and phone number).

ALL MEMBERS OF THE ORTHODOX CHURCH ARE TO PREPARE THEMSELVES TO PARTAKE OF THE BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST.

Preparation includes the Sacrament of Confession prayer and fasting of (food and drink) from midnight the day before. Only the faithful who are properly prepared are to receive Holy Communion in the Orthodox Church. Please come early during Matins (or by appointment at other times) to give your confession, and to receive forgiveness, as we have to end confession at the Matins service before the PRAISES.
